Root beer floats used to be known as "Brown Cows" back in the day, says kitchen doyenne Martha Stewart.
METHOD Place chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream scoops in tall ice cream fountain glasses.
Fill with root beer. Add whipped cream and sprinkles. SERVE with a straw and a long spoon.
