Is there some good Constitutionally sound reason a black citizen with an admittedly unusual haircut, cannot possess a firearm in his vehicle?
When you combine it with the dope found in the car, it becomes a felony automatically. The dope was packaged for distribution into smaller bags.
That being said...it is Chicago, so I understand the gun in the car...the law probably needs to be changed.
They were drug dealers. They were smoking pot and had 12 dime bags ready to distribute.
