It seems odd that nobody has suggested extraditing Steele to the U.S. for a Congressional hearing, questioning, deposition, or testimony. Has anybody suggested that?

Yes. Sometime after that, Glenn Simpson hired Christopher Steele. I’m interested in the particulars of that decision.
I could be wrong, but extradiction would be possible only of someone indicted for a crime. To the best of my knowledge, the US justice department has not sought such an indictment. Steele has been deposed in at least one civil suit overseas. Trump and others named in the Dossier could sue Steele in the US and force depo’s. Doing so would invite being questioned in return. The deck is stacked against justice.
