We don’t have police in my neighborhood, maybe a few times in the last 20 years and guess what?
Virtually no crime either.
The cops will be the witnesses. They dare not use that thing on their hip called a gun, otherwise they will cause a riot.
When this happens, the criminals typically knock it off for a while, or go on vacation.
The police will say there’s no crime going on here, what are we doing, and leave after a while.

So if I were a cop in Chi-Raq, my annual vacation gets cancelled and I have to work weekends to keep the hoodrats from killing each other?
