The emerald ash borer has devastated the white ash trees. Lost one 100’ x 18 inch stump in April and there are at least two others of similar size that could drop any time.

They won’t hit anything important so for now I need to keep that potential firewood in “vertical storage”.

The weather was beautiful today ...... we got a nice dose of rain with lightning bolts all around. I just didn’t get to get lightning pix. :-(
