On Nov. 8, 2016, Donald Trump was elected as the 45th President of the United States and Brandon Straka, a gay man and artist living in New York City, posted a video of his reaction to Facebook. I was devastated. I voted for Hillary, and I was one of those people who was going on social media, crying, making videos, says Straka.
Almost two years later, Straka posted another video that has since gone viral and spawned a movement. Yahoo? Amazing!
Check out the comments in yahoo - it’ll give you hope.
I think the most fascinating thing is that Yahoo mailed me a link to the article. Not only did they publish it, but they’re promoting it.
Absolutely the payday paragraph of the article. The whole thing is absolutely worth the read, plus how heartening the comments are in believing that maybe, just maybe, there’s some chance of sanity survive out there.

How is it these Walkaway videos are not kicked off the internet? Is that “yet?”
I’m on the #Walkaway page. I mainly keep silent because my walkaway came in 2001, but it is heartening to see so many folks coming around and opening their minds. They don’t have to agree with Trump 100%, and respectful disagreement is okay with me. We have lost that in this country. So sad.
This guy is great! Smart, courageous, eloquent, honest and grounded in reality.
He’s going to be a force to be reckoned with. A nightmare for the Rats.
