You can’t just turn a pipeline 90 degrees. If they end up needing to go down a different ROW it’s likely going to cost a ton, not to mention the cost of down time waiting for re-approval. Then there’s the potential issue of needing to move outside a previously approved ROW to line up with the new ROW.
Someone should get slapped down hard for this.
just think of the hundreds of millions, maybe even billions, we could save by doing away with the legislative and executive granches of the federal government.
After all - we basically now have district court judges ignoring law and the constitutional seperation of powers and running the country as they see fit.

These idiotic government/Judicial officials kill a gas pipeline and then when the price of gas increases they’ll sue the gas companies for allegedly increasing prices.
They need clear instructions from Trump that this is about getting the job DONE, NOT about killing it!
Whoever the jerks are that filled the suit as well as the judge, I hope their energy bills skyrocket.
