I’m sure he does, but I’m also sure Trump tells them what to tweet.
A week or two later it translated differently: “Cov” was still “Will”, but fe’fe became “He stood”. “Sawf ‘aqaf” still translated to “I will stand up”, but since Google changed the “cov fe’fe” translation, the joke didn’t work any more.
As to origins, maybe Trump picked it up in a friendly conversation with one of his translators earlier that day.

Why would he ask the question, ‘who can figure out the true meaning’? That’s what got me to think about it. Because it does have another meaning.
