The problem is that there will be very few provisional votes in the rest of the state, most counties will have a hand full. Johnson County is the big dog in this state and in any other state it would be a Democrat county. Colyer will have a big margin in Johnson County, and that will probably be enough to keep the other counties to overcome Colyer's lead.

I guess we will see. I don’t like the loose nature of our electoral process where votes are so often found when needed. Each time this happens though it turns up the heat to fix the process, clean the voter rolls etc.
