President Trump’s campaign organization Tuesday has filed for arbitration against friend-turned-enemy Omarosa Manigault Newman, claiming that she broke a 2016 nondisclosure contract by disparaging the president in her new book and revealing private talks from the ultra-secret White House Situation Room.
According to a sample of the agreement provided to Secrets, she was required to keep proprietary information about the president, his companies or his family confidential and to never “disparage” the Trump family “during the term of your service and at all times thereafter.”
In a statement, a campaign official said, “Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. has filed an arbitration against Omarosa Manigault-Newman, with the American Arbitration Association in New York City, for breach of her 2016 confidentiality agreement with the Trump Campaign.”
The official added, “President Trump is well known for giving people opportunities to advance in their careers and lives over the decades, but wrong is wrong, and a direct violation of an agreement must be addressed and the violator must be held accountable,” added the official.
Typically, arbitration demands, like the nondisclosure agreements they address, are kept secret. The campaign’s legal move takes their fight to a whole new level and could wipe her out financially..... her signing of the agreement during her 2016 campaign work 'remains in force 'because it is with the same campaign organization and never went out of force, said the campaign.
....they are seeking millions of dollars in retaliation. As the case unfolds, they might also seek any “ill-gotten profits” she has received from the book, including her fee for writing it.

We should all pray a lot for our dear president who is putting up with constant attempts to ruin him, his family, and anyone who is helping him. He certainly doesn’t deserve this ridiculous contempt from such evil people.

This absolutely has the smell of an “op” to it.
What are the odds some liberal judge will throw this out, saying the non-disclosure agreement won’t hold up due to freedom of speech?
Soros may pay for it or other RAT donors.
But Trump has no choice in taking this to arbitration.

Sounds like the firm that wrote the agreement knows a thing or two because they have seen a thing or two.

Yes! This isn’t about money, she needs to have the justice system come down on her hard. I’d way prefer jail time to any monetary penalties. Being able to “buy your way out of trouble” has to stop, because someone like Omarosa will always have some “white benefactor” at the ready to bail her out.
Maybe for some reason Trump is bringing attention to leakers in general?
Let’s throw in an indictment for recording in a SCIF while Judge has his robes on.
She could have walked away and said simply that they did not get along. She would have had a long career somewhere else. This will not work out well for her, IMHO.
