CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) — Members of the West Virginia Senate will be called back Monday to start preliminary work on the Supreme Court impeachment process.
The Senate’s communication director said that Senate President Mitch Carmichael will call members back at noon Monday, to receive the articles of impeachment approved by the House of Delegates.

Senators will discuss and adopt rules and procedures and the trial portion of the process will start at a later date.
The West Virginia House of Delegates passed seven articles of impeachment last week against Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry, four against Justice Robin Davis, three against Justice Margaret Workman and one against Justice Beth Walker.
Davis announced on Tuesday that she retired as a Supreme Court justice Monday, Aug. 13. Workman and Walker have since each issued statements, announcing they have no plans to resign.
Loughry, who is facing a 25-count federal indictment and is currently suspended from the court, has not issued a statement about his plans.

This is what should be happening wholesale to federal district court judges that abandon the constitution on issues such as immigration and the presidents absolute authority on immigration as clearly7 found by the Supreme court. Why are we not impeaching these bastards. OH!! I know. The Congress is on vacation!!!

I think this is why the Fake Stream News is covering up this story. They do not want this idea to spread.
What we have is feckless elected and appointed leaders that are busy getting rich from political favors ( like hillary) who could care less about the constitutions and it protections. We are spied on everyday without warrants and nobody does a thing. Brennan spied on the Senate Intelligence committee— and perjured himself to the Senate. And this guy is on the street?

It’s not enough to just impeach them. They should be given life in prison without parole, or better yet, put them on fast track death row.
