The question is simply whether Coehen has been forced by Mueller to make up something about President Trump. Anything Trump related in Cohen’s files cannot be admitted into evidence , because of attorney client privilege.
Mueller has a lot of items from Cohen’s Trump legal files that Mueller wants to question Trump about....but thankfully the president will not speak with Mueller. Let Mueller subpoena the president and bring on a constitutional crisis.

If they’re letting him please bargain NOW, I can’t help but think the prosecutor isn’t very confident of his case. What he pleas to could be worse than the jury’s verdict. Then, at least they get him on SOMETHING. If they were confident of a guilty verdict, they would allow it. They’re worried.
