The wall is started, in fact moving right along. I have a family member hauling materials for it. You may claim it is “just” repairs but a real secure wall/fence is replacing vehicle barrier put up under the Secure Fence Act. That “Normandy” vehicle barrier is no comparison to what is going in as part of replace and repair. Congress has restrictions that say it has to be of a type previously used, cannot be one of the prototypes but it is night and day better than what was there. The Secure Fence Act is what turned out to be the joke. There was no effort to build real fences in most areas, now Trump is making every effort, he needs us to poke Congress with a sharp stick.
President Trump is doing all he can to live up to the promises he made about securing the border and illegal aliens being deported. The dims and of course RINOs are fighting him tooth and nail every step of the way.
We need to fight for the midterms to give him the help he needs to do the job he is trying so hard to do. We need to give him more votes in Congress. In the meantime he is doing all he can with what little he has to do it with. I truly admire him for that and that is the American way- this country was built by people that worked hard and made the most of what they had to make things better.
The dims and RINOs want us to turn on Trump, claiming he is not living up to his promises. The media refuses to report things that would show he is, they want us to turn on him too. Don’t let them brainwash you. Instead fight them back by electing more votes for OUR agenda in Congress.
Remember this is OUR battle, WE THE PEOPLE... Trump is just representing US and fighting for US and working hard for US. We have to stand up to the dims and RINOs.
So what would our option be? To stay home and give up? Not me, I never for a minute believed this battle would be anything but a fight every step, and I believe and have posted here several times that securing the border and enforcing our immigration laws is and will be the biggest fight of all the issues.
I believe those that support open borders and illegal aliens are being paid off by businesses that hire illegals in large numbers. So those politicians that support illegals and open borders are collecting $$$$$ and votes, not just votes. I think this has been the goose that lays golden eggs for decades for open border and supporters of illegal aliens. They are not giving up that goose easily, but I never thought they would for one minute.
