Remember that most of the reason President Trump hasn’t fired Sessions already is that Graham had said the Senate would not confirm another AG if he did.

Trump should have fired him anyway.

The minute Robert Mueller issues the report and finalizes the investigation. Trump should fire him, Rob Rosenstein and Jeff Sessions, and revoke their security clearance.

Self inflicted injury. A hotel owner put a favored guest in change of the venerable old hotel. Did he expect swamp draining from that privileged old retainer? Maybe he would repave the entrance or add Beef Wellington to the restaurant menu, but that would be it.

I don’t think Trump has been controlled by ANYONE since he was about 12 years old. LOL.

So you have no proof.

Of course that was already easy to establish since whenever Sean Spicer was asked about Sessions having made the offer to resign Spicer would never deny it.

But being a true believer that Sessions is a Deep State player you must have a theory on why Trump doesn’t fire him. Scotus decision Myers v US gives the sole authority for firing executive branch officers to the President, no interference by Congress allowed. No AG exception. No exceptions of any sort to that power. How come Trump doesn’t exercise an authority that Scotus has said belongs to him alone?

I follow him on Twitter. I follow a host of guys like this and pray that their theories are correct. Does anyone here on Twitter follow Thomas Wictor? That guy does an amazingly exhaustive research. Bur I haven’t been following him but for 6 months or so.

I believe Ghraham is up for reelection in 2020 and I suspect since he is on record as the one warning Trump to never fire Sessions that he fears that his voters may take out their anger over this situation on him. So he is reversing himself well before that campaign.

Now that Bobby Mueller’s Nazi Puppet Time Show is over, President Trump shouldn’t wait any longer to fire that worthless jacksass, Sessions. Get rid of him now.

A rather loud coup

Graham is coming up for election in 2020. He needs to act like he’s a real Trump supporter or he may get to primary boot.

For once Goober is right. Sessions is weak and not very skilled in fighting the Democrat Leftists and NeverTrumpers.

Sessions, himself, is not helping his cause by being measlymouthed defensive instead of offering to meet with the President to discuss any policy problems.

That way if they come to a modus vivendi, both come out looking like leaders. Sessions won’t look like a men who is AWOL or hiding in the basement re the attacks on the President and the criminal conspiracy to get him out of office by any means necessary.

Let’s see if Sessions is as smart as people claimed he would be when he was nominated for AG. So far the only AG we have is the skunk Rosenstein and he’s not going to give up power unless he his fired, arrested, and jailed in Ft. Leavenworth while serious charges of obstruction of justice, conspiracy to commit treason, and others are lodged against him.

He knew that the pick of Mueller was the spearpoint of getting rid of Trump, and that his probe was CORRUPT almost from the very start. In fact, a good argument can be made for charging Rosenstein with the equivalent of “malfeasance of office”, i.e. abuse of the position and the job that was not what it was intended to be.

Time to take them all down, one at a time, like the old communist Salami tactic of Italian communist strategist Togliatti.

#9. Your reply is one answer I’ve been looking for - could the President use a recess appointment to put in a new A who wouldn’t have to go thru a Senate nomination hearing, and who could remain in that job long enough to clean house.

I want to be on that team, the Roto-Rotor Team.

I don’t mind so much that he recused himself. If there is even a hint of conflict it is the right thing to do.

What I am really very angry about is that he let Rod Rosenstein draft that very ridiculous letter appointing Mueller to investigate Trump, and only Trump. These Anti-Trump people are blowing smoke up our collective a$$e$, preaching these platitudes about the necessity to investigate and prevent foreign influence in our elections, which is fine and good except that isn’t what they are doing!

If they really wanted to investigate and stop foreign influence in the election process then all the candidates and all the political parties need to be investigated. Why did Sessions let RR draft this letter to only investigate Trump, as if Trump is presumed guilty and they need to go find the evidence? That is not an investigation that is a fishing expedition. Trump is 100% correct.

What’s even more ridiculous is that there is already a pile of evidence of collusion and corruption from inside the USA, the Hillary campaign and the DNC, the FBI and CIA, and the DOJ and the Obama WH. Just 2 examples: 1) The DNC publicly alleged that Russians hacked their server. For this reason alone they need to be investiated! They need to know who did it, how they did it, what info they obtained and most importantly find out if they have a mole working for Russia inside the DNC. The fact that the DNC made this allegation necessitates they be investigated. 2) We know that foreign agents were paid millions of dollars to purchase ‘dirt’ from other foriegn agents and compile the “dossier” against Trump. While the left is running around with innuendos about the Trump Tower meeting being an illegal attempt to obtain information and Cohen making illegal use of campaign money... here we have $12 million flowing from Hillary to Perkins Coie to Glen Simpson to MI6 Agent Steele to Russian KGB and other foreign spies. 100% the exact same charge leveled against Trump, except there is zero evidence against Trump and tons of evidence against Hillary.

I could go on and on but the point is obvious. They are BSing us. They are not trying to protect the election process. If they were, then they would have a full and complete investigation of everyone and everything, not just Trump.

So imo, Sessions could redeem himself either by appointing a new SP to investigate all the other candidates, or maybe he has enough information already and can bring it all to a grand jury for indictments. But he can no longer sit on his hands and let this injustice continue any further. We need a complete and thorough investigation of all candidates, parties, and their law firms and campaign contribution allocations.
