Paul didn’t run a very good presidential campaign, but he has been admirable in the Senate at times the past two years.

No funding will be signed for anything in September. That was an absolute promise by Trump after he signed that horrible baby killing omnibus budget blow out spending bill beyond belief. Need the wall . Now!!
