This has been one of my problems with Chaffetz and other Congressmen. They are all bark and no bite. Whenever Chaffetz comes on TV I change the channel, quite frankly, and have done so since he was in Congress. If the DOJ refuses to arrest someone for ignoring a subpoena, the Sergeant-at-Arms is available to find and arrest people for Contempt. But, these elected officials are cowards and refuse to utilize their power.
Yeah, I agree, he’s a great president, but he is very close to being consumed.
I have ceased paying attention to the media. It’s the same thing every day, over and over to the point of nausea.
There is no reason for me to watch or listen to this, unless I want anger instilled in me, and I do not want anger instilled in me.
I’m all for that kind of declassification, but there are millions and millions of them. By the time we got honest people to review them, the guilty will be dead and gone, and as with wikileaks, no one but conservatives will read and report them. All this hideous crap that’s already been revealed hasn’t made a dent in the democrat faithful. I’ll bet rank and file democrats who are hopping mad about McCabe, Comey, and other scums firings, don’t have a clue why they deserved to be fired. All they know is “Trump evil. Russia!”

Did you mean to say PUBIC service? Because as far as I can tell, Hillary has NEVER been in public service.
It does feel like he is about to be consumed, but don’t believe the hype and hysteria. So far, he is winning..... bigly.
I would be willing to bet that less than 5% of Americans pay as much attention to the daily news cycle as FReepers do. Public opinion of the MSM is at an all-time low. One can safely assume that the ability of the MSM to influence the direction of the country is a mere fraction of what it used to be when they were much more respected and had a monopoly. The internet has also provided counter-coverage and an outlet for other points of view.
I come here and read a few articles sometimes and it feels like things are really bad for the President who is wrestling in a mud pit (sometimes of his own making), but despite losing a few here and there he wins far more than anyone should considering how stacked the deck is.
That right there, oughta do it. If he isn’t shamed into resigning, Trump will most likely fire him right after the election. If he did it before the election, the MSM would EXPLODE, and even MORE paid fools would be screaming IMPEACH! in the streets. And every democrat in congress would throw themselves on the floor of the Congress, kicking and screaming the same. Paul Ryan would initiate impeachment proceedings, and McTurtle would, with great regret and sadness, encourage all Senators to vote to convict, “so we can get on with the business of serving the people of the United States, as quickly as possible.” To preserve the Constitution, you know.
I still listen to Rush and Levin for analysis, but I have given up on Fox News or any other news on TV.
It is the same show every day, over and over. No point in watching it.

There is no way the small staff of the FBI can read 675,000 emails from anyone. The solution is obvious. Publish all 675,000 on the internet and let 675,000 voters pour through those emails.
The same is true of all the evidence held by the FBI, and all the information held by the alphabet agencies. Full transparency is the solution.

Obama’s WH couldn’t produce FOIA Requests. Neither could HRC’s State Department. Every time a court ruled the records be released they allowed several years due to the time and effort it took. I commented at the time that no one reviewed anything here. Again the Dems bought themselves several more years of interference. RELEASE EVERYTHING MR. PRESIDENT.

Agree. Tweets and talk may sound good but they ACCOMPLISH nothing really. Let’s see some action. Start draining the Swamp.
Declassify the FISA docs and reassert presidential authority. Start cleaning house at the FBI and DOJ and restore accountability and integrity in these rogue agencies. This is what the American people desperately want to see.
