The signature issue was raised long ago. The “Statute of Frauds” requires that certain contracts must memorialized in writing and signed by the charged party. Let us assume that the subject matter places the Trump-Clifford NDA under the SOF. DJT is not the charged party here. He is suing her, thus she is the “charged party.” She signed the agreement AND accepted payment.

There were six years between the Trooper Gate Story in The American Spectator, wherein a “Paula” was mentioned, and the legal settlement paying her 850K. Paula Jones and her experience has nothing, nothing at all in common with the porn stars and playboy bunnies paid off by Trump just prior to the election. It was not an out of court settlement. It was determined in court.
You’d make more sense if Trump had not defended Clinton during that time. The videos of then Trump, the real Trump not the one sent from God, are available on Youtube. Go and see them.
