3 explanations for leftist apoplexy over Trump

What follows is a lovely object lesson – one for the books, really – showcasing the blind, unreasoning hatred of a media talking head toward President Donald Trump. Earlier this week, ESPN’s Max Kellerman saw fit to publicly denigrate golf great Tiger Woods for his refusal to become enrolled in the political left’s campaign of calumny and invective aimed at Trump.

Apparently, Woods was asked on Sunday after the final round of The Northern Trust tournament about his relationship with Trump. As it happens, Woods and Trump have played golf together on more than a few occasions.

In response to the question on Sunday, Woods tactfully and diplomatically answered, “He’s the president of the United States. You have to respect the office. No matter who is in the office, you may like, dislike personality or the politics, but we all must respect the office.”

Sounds reasonable to me.

Well, that was far from good enough for Kellerman, who ripped Woods for his answer, claiming that it was a “thoughtless statement dressed up as a thoughtful statement.”

When it comes to NOT degrading PDJT, I'm reminded of the modified quote from Thumper's mom: "If you're going to say something nice, don't say anything at all." Guess Tiger's been hanging around white folks too much huh? Or at least thoughtful folks. Or maybe he considered playing at Trump golf courses and didn't want to take a chance of getting banned from them?

Kellerman is a worthless bum, and nothing he says is genuine. Nobody’s watching that disastrous show, and the only attention it gets is on social media when he throws a verbal bomb.

It’s an ACT so you’ll pay attention. As is 90% of the hottakez sports media.

It’s simple really

The Left and most of the political Right hate President Trump because he does not represent them.

He represents US, the People.
They cannot have that.

The founders never envisioned a political class of parasites and perhaps this was the fly in the ointment in what is otherwise a great form of government.

Trump has raised awareness of the problems caused by the deep state and perhaps the people will vote differently in the future.

Trump v deep state, is day and night.

God bless and keep Donald Trump safe.

The founders never envisioned a political class of parasites and perhaps this was the fly in the ointment in what is otherwise a great form of government.

That, they envisioned.

They did not envision the rise of an ideology that would take over and control nearly all the information flow for a nation.

They understood the danger of a government that controlled the media. They did not foresee a media that would control the government.

Whatever happened to "To say that you won't respect the results of the election.... That is a direct threat to our democracy. The peaceful transfer of power is one of the things that makes America, America. It is not a joke. Look, some people are sore losers, because , you know, they just gotta keep going."

Hillary Clinton 2016

"Hillary Clinton calls Trump a 'threat to democracy' during NC rally"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJDO4SO88X8

And at a different rally, she says essentially the same thing.

"That is a direct threat to our democracy. "

“thoughtless statement dressed up as a thoughtful statement.”

Well, that’s an improvement. The same words spoken by a white man in reference to 44 were considered racist.

Did anyone else notice that the further Juan McLame's brain wasting cancer progressed, the more he acted like a liberal dem? Just an observation.

To most of us non Leftists, politics is not our religion. Thus we are not only capable of compartmentalization, we actually prefer that not every single last thing we do throughout every waking moment be consumed by politics. Sports is a good escape for many of us.

Leftists of course cannot abide this. Be it music or TV or movies or sports they simply MUST preach the gospel of their politics at all times. Thus ESPN hires jackasses like Kellerman or various other obnoxious Leftists rather than talking about......y’know......sports.

Then ESPN wonders why people are cutting the cord and/or tuning them out in droves. Leftists ruin every last thing they touch. They can’t help themselves.

Tiger Woods was being, as best I can determine, magnanimous. There was no reason to insult or attack Trump like the media guy was ranting about. The guy was projecting his own hatred of Trump and trying to get Woods to agree with him.

Professional golfers learn growing up in competitive, tournament golf to handle themselves with decorum and courtesy. They're taught not to whine and complain about the course or the conditions or the other players.

Golf is an individual sport where everything you do reflects on you, not a team. We don't see any golfers kneeling in protest before they tee-off now do we?

Tiger Woods may have had his own rough go with his personal problems in the past, but so has Trump. Between their celebrity, the women stories and their love of golf, Woods and Trump have a lot in common.

Woods took the high road in answering the question and so he should have.

Irrational mode of thought + deficits in the process of growth and development = psychological abnormalities (Trump derangement syndrome, projection, neurosis, distortions of reality) + character flaws

1) “The fact of the matter is that they are not aware of it, and there are a few reasons for this. One is their proclivity for employing double standards. The rules don’t apply to them. They can be as amoral as they like, and they are not to be challenged. They, on the other hand, are allowed to level baseless charges against anyone they choose to target.

2) Then there’s the fact that as creatures who operate wholly upon an emotional basis, those on the left often let their emotions get the best of them. Attendant to this is the fact that very often, they simply don’t think. These components were certainly operative with regard to the Kellerman-Woods incident.

3) Finally, the left’s hyperbole is born of a very real fear of Donald Trump, both as a president and what he represents vis-à-vis Americans’ increasing rejection of the Beltway machine. Those on the left are keenly aware that should this sentiment wind up giving rise to electoral trends, their days of political pre-eminence are most certainly numbered.

Yeeesss......fascinating isn't it? A veritable study in the basics of the correlation between human physiology and ideology.

Liberalism, like cancer, is a disease. Of that there can be no doubt. Perhaps in the Grand Scheme of things, and the wisdom of our Creator, John McCain was put on Earth for a reason. A reason that is only becoming clear with Trump's election and McCain's death.

Kellerman is a racist expecting Mr. Woods to “know his place”. Not too long ago, Kellerman would have described Tiger as “ uppity”.
