Way more. TV claimed there wasaround 15,000 yesterday but I seriously doubt it. The crowds all day were very thin, there was no one standing along the procession route despite them advertising it nonstop.
Even today with all the big wig speakers very few showed up.
The AZ DPS capitol police said there were about 1500 who showed up to see McCain’s casket, 15,000 is a big fat lie.
The 15,000 number came from McCain’s office.
This morning we went out for breakfast, the diner we go to offers us free media paper, which I refuse to purchase..too Libbie, too small and too many ad's. and an AP reporter said there were hundred in line..she did not say THOUSANDS...and she gave a mushy glowing coverage otherwise. so just read a short portion of it...
Sad how the MEDIA is eating this death of a Senator/ Veteran up...really unbelievable...the coverage at the airports is like he is a POTUS...he lost, he was not PRESIDENT of anything...well maybe PTA or Boy Scouts...
all the media networks are covering like the McCain's are royalty ...wonder what they will do when GWHBush goes, or Jimmy Carter? or Billy Boy??? that will be another long drawn out funeral by invitation only??? probably...
