Thousands Of Foreign Nationals Were Registered To Vote In 13 Jurisdictions, Study Finds

More than 3,000 foreign nationals were removed from voter rolls across 13 sanctuary jurisdictions from 2006 to 2018, according to Public Interest Legal Foundation research released Monday.

The study, which collected data on 13 sanctuary cities and counties in seven different states, discovered that approximately 3,120 non-U.S. citizens had been removed, and that some of those non-citizens had cast votes in U.S. elections. The breakdown of jurisdictions and foreign voters removed is as follows:

Arlington, Virginia — 145 voters

Chesterfield County, Virginia — 321 voters

Chicago, Illinois — 232 voters

DeKalb County, Georgia — 11 voters

Essex County, New Jersey — 107 voters

Fairfax County, Virginia — 1,334 voters

Middlesex County, New Jersey — 346 voters

New York, New York — 6 voters

Ocean County, New Jersey — 3 voters

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania — 317 voters

Riverside County, California — 6 voters

San Diego County, California — 264 voters

San Francisco County, California — 28 voters

Further trends were uncovered indicating that foreign nationals are frequently compelled to enroll by governmental assistance and voter registration initiatives. Moreover, those foreign nationals routinely remained on the voter rolls unless they self-reported to authorities.

The study cites the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) as a major reason for foreign nationals appearing so frequently on the rolls. The NVRA, commonly known as the “Motor Voter” law, was signed in 1993 by former President Bill Clinton and necessitates that states offer voter registration applications to any person applying for a driver’s license.

“The failures of Motor Voter are clearly visible in sanctuary cities,” Public Interest Legal Foundation President J. Christian Adams said in a statement. “A terrible combination of bad Motor Voter enforcement, increasing chatter over noncitizen voting rights, and simple disregard for immigration law creates an environment for illegal voting.”

President Donald Trump has often claimed that voter fraud is a widespread issue in elections, while Democrats argue against that assertion.

It's not just illegals who are voting, it's also legal, non citizen voters too. Sad to see my own county (Fairfax) at the top of the list.

Yes. Here in western Fairfax County, I went to vote. An Afghan (I believe, from her dress and language) was in line in front of me. She could barely speak English, wasn’t registered and had no proof of residency with her or even photo ID. They gave her a provisional ballot.

“Riverside County, California — 6 voters”

Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha

Riverside? Six people?

Multiply by 10,000 and that would be a low estimate.

Wow that is infuriating! Makes me wonder how many other non citizens did the same thing.

The failures of Motor Voter are clearly visible

The utter corruption of "Motor Voter" was predicted back in the '90s when it was imposed.

Web site is unusable.

Can’t view with ad blocker on & with it off there is so much crap popping up and moving around it’s ridiculous.

If they kept the ads static and within a reasonable quantity I would be fine with that.

I refuse to go to sites that block me because I have an ad blocker. Screw ‘em.

Last election I stood in line behind a large extended family of illegals, sample ballot in hand so they would know who to vote for. 145 in GuadalajArlington May be low.

So, what happened to the illegals? Deported or still there using different stolen ID?

Polling place rule of thumb.

If a person trying to vote can not speak English the odds are almost 100% that they are illegal. Anyone born here will learn English as they grow up. All naturalized citizens must learn English because all the tests are given in English only.

That’s an excellent point. And lots of polling stations have signs pointed in foreign languages. That’s very suspicious.

For a noncitizen registering to vote in the USA should be immediately deported and never be able to return.

That's not accurate. Most people have to take the test in English but there are plenty of exceptions. Live here long enough with your green card and you don't have to learn English to naturalize.

The dems get out there and tell illegals that it's their duty to vote and if they don't vote then they'll get in trouble. The dems lie and they don't care. Anything to win.
