Because the letter to Grassley specifically said Huber would report on his findings. I would think it would be in writing.

Grassley needs to get Sessions in front of him again and demand an update. Among other things.

Sessions said “upon conclusion of his review, will receive his recommendations”.

I said, he’s likely already reported his findings to Rosensessions, and it’s likely in writing, and Sessions needs to be hauled in front of Grassley and asked.

I have direct contacts in Grassley’s office. If preliminary findings have been shared with Grassley, his staff is unaware. Grassley, however. unlike almost anyone in DC, can keep confidences.

That was my whole point. Huber is to report to Rosensessions only, and after 9 (almost 10) months, I’ll bet he has. And Rosensessions is keeping silent.
