Sen. Amy Klobuchar said Sunday she regrets Senate Democrats eliminating the filibuster for most judicial nominees in 2013, saying she would support bringing it back if Democrats retake the Senate in November.
“I would prefer to bring it back,” the Minnesota Democrat said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “But we are where we are and now I don’t think anyone’s going to want to hamstring themselves.”
Her comments came with Republicans moving to approve the nomination of U.S. District Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court following the July 31 retirement of Justice Anthony Kennedy.

No they won’t because they’re not taking it back.
And even if they did take it bake, they wouldn’t bring back the filibuster because that would give power to the Republicans, and Democrats don’t do that.

The left always thinks of ways of “stopping people,” never giving people more freedom, but finding ways to stifle.
This is how no filibuster came about. They wanted to “stop” republicans from exercising their right and now … TA DA, it is better to stop republicans WITH the filibuster.

They should change the rule so the filibuster is in effect for Republican nominees, but not for democRat nominees. Cause that would be fair. /s
