No they won’t because they’re not taking it back.

And even if they did take it bake, they wouldn’t bring back the filibuster because that would give power to the Republicans, and Democrats don’t do that.

If they ever get a majority, which is not likely this time, they will keep the ban on filibusters for judicial nominees. But if they ever lose the majority, then in November, during the lame duck session they can reinstate the filibuster. And if they do, I guarantee that there will be some Republicans who might go along with it. Republicans have always used the filibuster as cover for not being able to pass legislation they promised their voters, legislation they really don’t support. A few of them likely regret having to vote for Kavanaugh instead of being able to blame the Democrats for forcing the President to nominate someone more pliable.
