At one time Q was reflecting POTUS’s view that was in effect at the time.
POTUS was saying in effect “TRUST SESSIONS FOR NOW”.
But now that Sessions has shown his cowardice, incompetence, or bias, the new view is:
“TRUST SESSIONS NO MORE”.
POTUS has said over and over again that he is free to change his mind, to be unpredictable, and to retain an element of surprise.
POTUS gave Sessions the opportunity to show what he could do and Sessions has failed.
