Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) described a pocket-sized version of the U.S. Constitution belonging to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as “that book you carry,” on day four of the judge’s confirmation hearing.

Kavanaugh replied, “Three points I believe, senator, first the constitution, it is in the book that I carry. The constitution protects unenumerated rights. That’s what the Supreme Court has said.”

His answers meander too much and he’s not very articulate and doesn’t hold up well/confidently under this partisan socialst. Camel Harris asks his personal opinion on many issues, but as a supreme court justice, he understands his job is to INTERPRET the constitution and the law in a way that is DETACHED from his personal beliefs. She probably understands that too, but is using these "personal opinion" curve balls to cause him to trip up. Harris is a pro at asking for yes or no answers to questions that can not be answered with yes or no answers without compromising independence. She definitely knows how to play the political game. A professional swamp creature.

I carry the little CATO pocket book that includes the constitution , declaration of independence, and bill of rights with me 24/7. Keep about a dozen or so in my vehicles. I also give them to school kids through conservative teachers I’m friends with. I buy a few hundred copies a year to share with those that have questions ........
