Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) described a pocket-sized version of the U.S. Constitution belonging to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as “that book you carry,” on day four of the judge’s confirmation hearing.
Kavanaugh replied, “Three points I believe, senator, first the constitution, it is in the book that I carry. The constitution protects unenumerated rights. That’s what the Supreme Court has said.”

I call my congressman’s office every 6 months and ask for 30, which they gladly send to me. At my office, I always keeps several on my desk by my US flag and everyone knows that they are free to take one at their leisure. Mostly I give them to my son’s friends. He is a junior in high school.
I own 3, usually have one in my purse.
Comes in handy when teaching millennial co-workers about freedom.

From the media reaction, it looks like Camelface got her dislike of the Constitution in all the lefty press. That’s pretty good positioning for her base. Corey probably had to get some tissues and safe space time after he got upstaged like that.

The mulatto version of Pelosi cannot admit to any familiarity with the Constitution as it would end her presidential aspirations (or perspirations, if you prefer).
The “Courts” are not the ones to decide FRiend. You miss the point. The PEOPLE decide the laws, which include elements of the Constitution.
You are relying on the self same chicken out that the illustrious Ben Sasse’s opening remarks pointed out-— the “laziness” of the Legislature whose power is handed away to further “politicize” the Judiciary. Remarkable in his delivery, and especially so that he is a never trumper not to return to the Senate.
This issue will be dealt with, and NOT in the “Courts”. We cannot allow another obamaumao or his spawn to occur again. The citizenship of legally naturalized people is insulted by what obamaumao did. And it will be rectified— he is not going to get away with it, as a serious outcome of his fake “judicial fiat” of a FISA “warrant” depriving American citizens of their 4th Amendment Constitutional Rights. Enumerated Rights.
You obviously have given up power to the bowtie jurists of the 9th Circuit (soon to be broken up as well, btw) who think THEY run the executive function and write the laws. Not so, and not anymore.
Reply to the “occupant” of one of the Senate seats from California with the following: “This “book” as you call it... is what you swore to uphold with this “Affirmation”, as described in the US Constitution (as law to be affirmed in order to take office):
“I, (Kamala_)(Harris), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
“So, Senator... it IS rather much more than ... just a “book” I carry around. And you are clearly confused about much of the subject, considering your questions which VIOLATE your oath of office”.
