Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) described a pocket-sized version of the U.S. Constitution belonging to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as “that book you carry,” on day four of the judge’s confirmation hearing.
Kavanaugh replied, “Three points I believe, senator, first the constitution, it is in the book that I carry. The constitution protects unenumerated rights. That’s what the Supreme Court has said.”

The Constitution of the United States may just be the most important document ever penned in human history. It does not tell me what I can do, it tells me what YOU cannot do. I am an citizen, and I have rights. These rights CANNOT be infringed by power hungry, egotistical, elitist, "opportunists" (read sluts), like you.
The default position, in "the book I carry, is that the individuial has rights, not the government. Quite the contrary, the government only has rights and authority conferred to them by the governed. That book I carry, and that flag I salute are about one million times more valuable than anything that ever spews from your putrid lips.
Democrat KKK Senator Robert Byrd always carried a Pocket Constitution.
When he was being Interviewed about the Clinton Impeachment, he made a point of pulling it out of his Pocket and shaking it at the Interviewer.
Remember, good old Senator Byrd was called the Conscience of the Senate.
He doesn’t think he’s the only one that takes “that book” to heart.
Many of us swore an Oath to protect “that book”.
Not met one yet that disavowed that Oath.

The courts don’t care about “NBC”. Not one bit. An NBC case against US-born K. Harris would be dismissed within the time it takes to reach for the gavel.
It’s a complete waste of time. Gratifying, perhaps, to share theories on web forums, in a knitting-circle or recipe-sharing sort of way, but useless in the real world.
“NBC” will never bring a court to block a US-born person like K. Harris from appearing on a ballot. And it will never cost her a single vote. (The tiny number of people who care about NBC aren’t going to vote for her anyhow.)
And then added, “I guess not, huh?”
Ted Cruz is quick on his feet while talking. And he’s a natual Smart Aleck. I can see Ted saying those remarks;
