My attitude is that I don’t criticize, condemn, or think less of someone for utilizing these things. It just isn’t my choice. (I sometimes wish that attitude were more prevalent on FR)
I used to work with a guy who divorced his sick wife and married a woman he met on Facebook. I had read a statistic around that time that said something like 75% of all divorce cases mention Facebook in them, and I thought “No. Not for me.”
But I completely understand why people use it.
One of My Uncle’s Acct got hacked by the Nigerian scammers the other day.
They got most of His List of Family and Friends. Looks like I bailed at the right time.
