France hasn’t been a trusted ally since the American Revolution.

The figures I saw showed almost 9400 American soldiers buried in France. Compare that with the number of French soldiers buried here.

We trusted them to surrender at the first opportunity in WW2, and the French met expectations.

France hasn’t been a trusted ally since the American Revolution..................
...............................................

You are stuffed with IGNORANCE. Try telling that to a Gulf War vet who told me the French were the only Ally who knew what the H they were doing. The magnificent sweep of French tanks that bottled the Iraq elite forces was proof. That’s just one example. There are many. It’s he French beside us in A-Stan.
Anyone who thinks the Brits are our closest ally are first class fools. Just look at their attitude toward Trump when he visited England this year. Take a look at the Brit spy who tried to frame Trump in the Mueller affair. You can even go back to WWII when that little poppycock Montgomery tried to claim credit for every success including the Battle of the Bulge. Eisenhower wouldn’t listen to Patton and sided with Monty in Market-garden resulting in a huge defeat. Monty never got blamed for anything just like soft headed Americans think the Brits hung the moon. No Thanks! Throughout our history our closest allies have been the French.

If it’s of any consolation, Marion Maréchal-Le Pen may actually have France become an actual trusted ally again if she becomes head of France. She does come closer to conservative in France than most, American conservative at that.
