Like most Looney Lefties, Linda Greenhouse is upset. The appointment of Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court will rock her world. She has spent her adult life depending on the Supreme Court to be the legislature of the last resort. When the immoral, wrong minded conservatives run the Congress or State legislatures, it is the role of the Supreme Court to overrule the silly voters and their elected representatives and make sure that the country follows the desires of the Left Wing elitists like Linda. Now that the Court is about to return to it's original purpose in our government and ensure that the other branches follow the Constitution and their own enacted laws, she is beside herself. My advice to Linda Greenhouse is to work to win more elections. Then you will get to enact your radical philosophy. I don't think that Americans will follow you, but it is the proper means to get things done in a Federal Republic.

We probably need one or two more seats to really cement a conservative majority. Then the battle will shift to bureaucracy versus the courts.

I suspect the leftists have made a federal government loving moderate into a person deeply distrustful of the left.

They would prefer to do through the courts. If that means blackmailing-threatening(Roberts) or pillowing(Scalia), the ends justify the means

The left are domestic enemies and need to be brought to justice one way or another.

I am awaiting the inevitable departure of Breyer and/or Buzzi. Trump’s appointment of their successors will surely turn the nation back to the Constitution.

What we really need is a nation following the Bible, though.

Watch Roberts become the new Kennedy.
Swing vote when they need it.

Justice Byron White, who saw 13 new justices take their seats during his own 31-year tenure, once remarked that every time a new justice joins the court, “it’s a different court.”...yeah, Linda - wait'll you see what it'll look like when Ginsburg's replacement shows up......

I guess the way most of US felt when Sotomayor and Kagan were confirmed is unimportant. Because it is ALWAYS about how wacko Libs feel, isn’t it? How did we feel when Kagan was confirmed, knowing what her family upbringing was? We knew Sotomayor wasn’t that bright, but Kagan was actually scary. And we knew, when she didn’t recuse herself from the Obamacare decision after arguing FOR IT as Solicitor General, that she should never have been on the Court. But we bit the bullet as Obama was in the WH and could pick the most radical Judges he wanted and we knew the GOPe would vote for them because ‘elections have consequences’. I have no sympathy for any of these drama queens now.
