Yes. Helen Keller’s achievements were remarkable. But can you imagine a person easier to indoctrinate? Blind and deaf she could not easily seek out alternate sources of information. She absorbed what was fed to her. If her handlers wanted to explain what a genius Karl Marx was, and how evil Capitalism was, of course she believed them. Why wouldn’t she?

They just exploited her.

And how is it that she agreed exactly with her keeper every single time? I haven’t seen evidence that any of her independent thoughts got recorded. Was anyone else ever taught that “secret code”? Did anyone else ever converse with her without the keeper “interpreting”?
