Nice, but is this why everybody here is saying they are seing Beto signs everywhere and aren't seeing many Cruz signs?

I heard Jeff Roe Cruz's campaign manager doesn't like yard signs and they just getting some out now. Donald Trump's fault. /s

Cruz won Lubbock County in 2012 with over 69% of the general election vote.

Nice, but is this why everybody here is saying they are seing Beto signs everywhere and aren't seeing many Cruz signs?

Peto o’dourke (☭) is the little commie that the proglibs are buzzing about here in Tejas.

Why, there are 3 or 4 of his yard signs on every street (in a few neighborhoods) in Dallas.

I wonder who the OTHER 56 households on those streets are going to vote for?

The Cruz signs I have seen here in Dallas almost seem to be an afterthought, it probably is not representative of the conservative vote in any way.

Is there anyone in Texas who doesn’t know Cruz and the election is coming is a simple question....just overblown as usual.

My thought is the Peto signs will only serve to remind conservatives to go VOTE.

It is dang sure having that effect on me...

Texas state statute says it is illegal to “steal, willfully deface, mutilate or destroy any campaign yard sign on private property.” The crime is punishable by a fine up to $2,500, up to a year in jail or a combination of both.

This being said, along with a surveillance camera, I wonder if a short range, cellphone type GPS tracker chip could be hidden in the signs? They are quite small, and every few hours could give off a ping picked up by cellphone towers.

More:

Cruz later fielded a question about signs from the local member of the State Republican Executive Committee, Mike McCloskey.

“The one question I get asked universally, everywhere is, ‘We’re seeing signs that say ‘Robert Francis’ in our neighbors’ yards, and we want to claim our territory and have your signs in our yards,’” McCloskey told Cruz, using O’Rourke’s birth name. “I think people here are wanting those. What can we do to get those in the hands of the folks that want to have them in their yard?”

“That’s a question we hear a lot,” Cruz said. “Yes, there are a lot of signs for my opponent, Beto O’Rourke. They invested a ton of money and they put that money, part of it, into having signs everywhere.”

The sign disparity is not necessarily indicative of an enthusiasm gap, but of differences in campaign spending priorities. But more broadly, Cruz campaign manager Jeff Roe has an aversion to yard signs — he said he views them as a far-less-effective use of campaign money than door knocking, television and radio advertising, phone banking or direct mail. That’s not a new strategy in Cruz world. Roe said the Cruz 2016 presidential campaign spent no money on yard signs.

“It would be an easier campaign to win if we just used yard signs, and whoever wins is who puts up the most yard signs,” Roe told The Texas Tribune.

In addition to the US Senate race this is also a statewide
race for state offices from Governor on down. Even a Bush
is on the ticket.

Does the Governor get along with Cruz. I’m reading Scott and Desantis are working together on the socialist theme...Seems a no brainer they would.
