Nobody buys the Democrats’ standard BS anymore. They play that card practically every time a Republican president nominates a Supreme Court justice and have for 30 years now.

Kavanaugh should say something like “I also categorically deny that 10 years ago, I stole Sen. Leahy’s sandwich out of the fridge.”
Originally there were no names attached to this. That is a recent development.
