I guarandamntee you parts of this story are dead wrong, it’s CNN.
Webb county... absolutely anything is on the table, and probably nothing close to anything we will ever read in the papers.
So, this guy, at the age of 35, suddenly snaps and becomes a serial killer, with 4 dead in a matter of 2 weeks? There is more to this guy’s story, and likely, there are many more victims in his past.
A veteran. Cue up a PTSD defense. A petty officer probably yelled at him once.
