Sen. Charles Grassley, chairman of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee that is scheduled to vote on the suddenly "controversial" nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court, only has to call one witness to address the public allegation that has been made against Kavanaugh by a California woman who claimed he assaulted her when they were both in high school.
The witness is U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), ranking Democrat on the same Judiciary Committee.
1. She allegedly received a letter related to this allegation 2-3 months ago.
2. She never mentioned it in Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing.
3. If the allegation is as serious as she now claims it is, she would have had a RESPONSIBILITY as a U.S. Senator on this committee to question him about it.
4. Within the last 48 hours, Sen. Feinstein issued a public statement explaining her rationale for voting against Kavanaugh's confirmation. She never mentioned this allegation against him even as recently as Saturday night.
Clearly, Sen. Feinstein has a lot of explaining to do. In fact, her testimony about her involvement in this charade and the actions she has taken since she received this letter months ago, is more critical than anyone else's -- including Kavanaugh and his accuser.
Let's get on this, Sen. Grassley.
Senator Feinstein has a clear conflict of interest here because cannot testify before a Senate committee where she is one of the members. So she must step down from the Judiciary Committee, too.
Hell will freeze over before DiFi takes heat over this. She’s in the Club, and we aren’t.
Just imagining that situation makes me feel good.
I’m sure this is just a smokescreen to throw cover over the Lisa Page testimony this week. It has to be. her testimony could do more damage to the RATS than even this SCOTUS pick.
I thought it was Bruce Ohr who was scheduled to testify.

She first said: “Anonymous sources” claimed undefined things about silly teenagers.
This was enough to cause Feinstein to smear and defame Brett Kavanaugh and to vengefully hold up his ascension to the USSC.
FLASHBACK: remember when Feinstein told us the lewinskied Clinton’s lying under oath had nothing to do with his fitness to be president.
Di/Fi then said Clinton’s actions were “immoral, deplorable, and indefensible” and merited “strong condemnation and censure.”
Given that she voted to acquit Clinton, gullible Feinstein believes that immoral, deplorable, and indefensible behavior has no bearing on a person’s suitability to be president.

If that turns out to be true then the Dems are going to be the laughing stock.
And the Senators, of both parties, are protecting their exclusive club, which is why there is virtual silence from them.
since she is bringing up her psychiatrists notes then her mental health should be fair game imo.
