What a con job. There is nothing for the FBI to investigate. It’s a local police issue and that’s who she should have called 36 years ago.
Knowing full well that the FBI has said twice they will not.........and that when there are no facts you can not investigate ...This is how she is getting out of it without losing face..

The FBI should be investigating EVERY High School to see if any ‘hanky panky’ has gone on among the kids for the last 50 years.

Let’s start with the democrats being more evil and smarter than the republicans. The FBI will investigate because it is administrative and not criminal at the date. If the senate request they will investigate. The investigation will go 6-12 months and that kills the nomination. Them dems win this important round. If the dems took the senate, they’d win forever.
If the FBI were to ‘investigate’ every teenage make-out session we’d need many more agents.
The FBI has already said they will not investigate, it’s not their jurisdiction.
Since when does the FBI investigate some physical altercations among teenagers from decades ago?

FBI said there is nothing to investigate, no federal crime was committed. Maybe local officials will look into her confession of underage drinking and charge her with that.
