Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley has submitted a letter to ranking member Dianne Feinstein setting a deadline for Friday, September 21st, for Judge Kavanaugh’s accuser, Christine Ford, to respond on whether or not she will appear for testimony to support her claims.
Yes, at least momentarily.
I have no doubt he can misplace it again though.

There should be rules and regs, I want to carefully say this......
There should be rules that for jobs requiring Senate approval, hearings are held, etc.
There should be rules that no new information can be introduced after the hearings are over. There should be rules that we’re done with hearings, now it’s time to vote.
They shouldn’t be able to take advantage of the time between the conclusion of the hearings, and the committee vote or Senate vote, to drop bombs such as this.
This whole thing is horse blank in my opinion, however, if it were to be discussed at all, it should have been discussed at the hearings. We know Feinstein had this info. and decided to sit on it.

Of course not. The appointee, in this case KAVANAUGH, has the right for the hearings in which his personal qualifications are at issue, for the hearings to be conducted pursuant to the laws of due process guaranteed by the 5th and 14th amendments to the Constitution.
Among these rights is the right to face one’s accuser.
Note that Feinstein will not give an unredacted copy of Ford’s letter of complaint to Chuck Grassley. This alone is in violation of evidentiary due process. What the Dems of the Senate Judiciary Committee have attempted is a gross violation of Kavanaugh’s due process rights.
As has been pointed out repeatedly, we no longer have democrats, we have liberal fascists who hold the Constituton in contempt.
