Years ago I did an Army Reserve summer camp at what was then Camp Drum,NY which isn't far from the town (city?) of Watertown.In or near Watertown is "Watertown International Airport".Presumably the word international is included because it's about 10 miles from the Canadian border.

We picked up the International designation when they got a Canadian airline to add a route. There are also flights to the Caribbean so they put in a customs area.
