When President Obama embraced “Medicare for All” earlier this month, it was a remarkable moment. Not because the proposal will be adopted (it won’t) or because the price tag would bankrupt the nation (it would).
Rather, it was a remarkable moment because a former American president played the role of enabler for the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).
Indeed, Obama’s endorsement was a moment of great celebration for an organization that for years has plotted to hijack the Democratic Party and use it as a parasitic host to remake the nation.
Here’s how.
Back in 2012, the Vice Chairman of DSA Joseph M. Schwartz and fellow Political Committee Member Jason Schulman published a strategy document that presented their dream of a socialist America and the political path to get there.
The dream was to abolish privately owned businesses, from small mom-and-pop stores to large corporate enterprises.
“Wealth,” they explained, “is a social creation and should be controlled by society as a whole.”
DSA would thus replace America’s entrepreneurs with Socialist bureaucrats or worker groups. Businesses would be renamed “cooperatives,” though in “advanced socialism” – Communism – they might once again be called “soviets.”

“Socialists” are a big problem for them, but the perverts, race hustlers, and feminists/abortionists took it over quite a while back. They are who they are. The “scheme” has already come to fruition.
They’ll never wake up, and resist the socialists. The democrat party has been going left for over 50 years, (Ronald Reagan talks about it in his “time for choosing speech”) and the democrats still haven’t resisted the socialists.
Never. The Gramscian and Alinskiite takeover of our “education” system is paying dividents for the radical left. The young brainwashed masses were never taught the horrors of the Soviet Union, Communist Cuba, Mao’s Cultural Revolution, Pol Pot’s genocide, and all the other “blessings” the radical left has brought the world. These naïve, dangerous, and destructive fools are the future of the Dem party.
The subject line might have been a good question in 1932.
All those groups of people are part of the Cultural Marxism movement. There isn’t really a significant difference from our perspective between the socialists and the left-wing politicization of those other groups. The end goal for them all is the destruction of Western Civilization, capitalism, and Judeo-Christian values.
When will Democrats wake up and resist the socialists’ scheme to take over their party?
When will people figure out this is who the Rats are? They believe in nothing but power and control. It amazes me so called journalists just do not see the truth.
Socialists, independents, greens, communists, liberals, progressives, democrats........
No matter how you put it, they all still caucus with the democrats in congress, and democrats don’t care what party title one takes, as long as they help in the control of congress.
That’s what I keep asking my Dim friends:
