It sure does dilute the seriousness of people who are ACTUAL sexual assault survivors. It’s an insult to them.
When I was 22, a coworker drove me home from work and made an unplanned stop along the way, behind a building. He had Big Plans for him and me together and it was getting serious. Finally I was able to make it stop. (I told him I would tell our boss the next day. Our boss was scary!) I don’t consider myself a sexual assault survivor. I’m not scarred for life. I’m not afwaid to fwy in an aihpwane. It’s pathetic what these demonic people are doing.
Tucker Carlson’s track record on these things is sketchy. Go back over some of the outlandish claims he’s made in recent months and notice how many of them never panned out.
Who is? her or her attorney? Is she is they should just consider her null and void. Trying the case in the court of public opinion before a formal accusation is even filed with the Senate committee?
Either way, don’t care if its not true at all, just vote on Monday, NO MORE DELAYS, either she appears or they vote on Monday

Ford? or her lawyer? Whichever it is won't help their case. Ford claimed she wanted to remain anonymous, so if she shows up on national TV, then that claim is blown to hell. Since she doesn't want to fly, Grassley has offered to send his staff out to her so she could make a deposition. If 60 Minutes is flying out to interview her, why then should she be given a hearing on Monday since anything she'd say on Monday would already have been said and made public on Sunday? Why give her an extra day to consider the counter proposal when it took her less time to accept an interview from 60 Minutes?

All Nonsense. Justice Gorsuch was seated on April 10, 2017, well into the Term of the Supreme Court that began on the First Monday of October 2016. He participated in arguments on April 18, 2017 in the case: Ricky Henson, et al., petitioners v. Santander Consumer USA Inc. The case was decided on June 12, 2017. Pay attention class.
