This past week anti-Trump activist Christine Ford accused Judge Brett Kavanaugh of groping her over her swimsuit sometime around 36 years ago at an unknown time and place. The three men she accused of being present during the incident have all vehemently denied her accusations. And Ford’s friend also denies the allegations.
Ford picked at least two far left attorneys to represent her and top Democrat advisers helped her plot her strategy to stall the process and smear Judge Kavanaugh.

In fact, only 25% of women believe Ford’s accusations against Judge Kavanaugh.
A new poll from The Huffington Post indicates that only a quarter of women believe that the sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh are credible.
25 percent of women responding say that the allegations against Brett Kavanaugh are credible, while 35 percent say that they haven’t heard enough to decide and 18 percent aren’t sure, according to a new poll from HuffPost/YouGov.
For men, there are less who are undecided: 28 percent say that they find the allegations credible, but 34 percent who say they are not credible. 29 percent of men haven’t heard enough and 10 percent aren’t sure.
The poll was taken between September 17 – 18 and samples 1000 adults in the U.S.
This could backfire against the Democrats.

That would tell us more. My bet, the response would be “where there’s smoke, there’s fire” or some other inane reason.
Grassley is an old fool who is way over his head and does not have a clue what needs to be done. He is going to screw this up, bet on it.

That said, I think there are a lot of women out there who look at this as mothers and sisters or wives and wonder if this could be used against their sons, brothers and husbands.... Also, just about every woman I know has a female acquaintance that they know is crazy and they watch out for when they are around.. Ford strikes that same chord

Yes, if Grassley had a brain he would tell Ford the offer remains on the table to testify but that the vote will take place tomorrow anyway. But that would require something Grassley does not have, balls!

Hope you're right, but liberal women would never make such an interpretation. They are in lockstep on everything.
The plan is still being implemented that was formulated when he was first nominated. Ford’s story was falling apart, though not widely reported yet, so the news of the new woman was timed to come out to overshadow that and demonstrate a “pattern of behavior” of sexual assault. It isn’t relevant if it a true or not - the narrative is what counts to turn opposing Kavanaugh into a political asset rather than a liability. With the help of the media, they may just succeed - this now gives every Democrat running in red states the cover they need to unanimously oppose the nomination. Collins, Murkowski, Flake, and Corker now will likely oppose. And obviously, if this wasn’t political and the goal was to keep a bad nominee off the court, this would have been brought up at the start of the nomination process to allow for another nominee to be named.
This is what was going to be done to any male nominee that was named. This SCOTUS seat cannot be filled by a conservative - and naming a man gave them the best ammunition possible to end the nomination and stop the seat from being filled. If we were to hold on to the Senate, this is ultimately academic as far as the seat being filled by a conservative, but the Dems seem to be confidant they can win the Senate so going all out to destroy Brett Kavanaugh is the plan to successfully seize control of the judiciary.

The new accuser should not be conflated with the first one. She is more credible and unless the GOP comes up with a strategy and quick, Kavanaugh is going to get Roy Moore’d. They are all going to pile on and the second accuser is probably the lynchpin since she seems like a nice lady who works in a domestic violence shelter. I think you can look to Roy Moore to see what will happen here if the GOP doesn’t learn to start playing hardball with the Democrats and not just with their own base.
We have, on this date, confirmed Mr. Brett Kavanaugh to be an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Judges are not ELECTED to the SCOTUS so that really deosn't matter.

Many Democrats are legend for their lecherous behavior but it did not affect the performance of their political responsibilities.
It is only conservatives that are held to a higher standard, because we claim to be more respectable.
What next? “Anonymous woman says she witnessed Kavanaugh looking at the cover of a Penthouse Magazine when he was searching for a Sports Illustrated in a bookstore somewhere in the United States sometime in the 1980’s. Woman claims delayed PTSD because of it and demands the FBI, DOJ, and any other agency controlled by deep state Trump haters to investigate. Yes I made this up, but is it any more far fetched than what has already been claimed? The democrats have lost all sense of decency, if they ever really had any.
Yet the Pubes continue to grovel.
