In this case, there are actually none. There is a big difference between the accusations being hurled at this guy and the standard sexual misconduct stuff. The others had police reports, or friends who remember them talking about it, or they are recent, etc.

In this case, even after six FBI investigations, there is nothing at all except claims.

And if any of this is true, the real culprit is the useless FBI investigations. If any of these are true, it makes the FBI look really incompetent.
