Inviting a certain class of folks to the hearings other than the usual crowd might make an impact on some of the troublemakers. Somehow,I don’t think the problems would stop after he is confirmed & the folks who fight this need to be dealt with as harshly as the law would permit.
This despicable sin-sotted country doesn’t deserve someone the caliber of Brett Kavanaugh! Righteousness exalteth a nation . .

That’s the thing that’s being missed. Libtards are attacking Kavanaugh to stop him, but also to discourage the next nominee when Ginsburg fails to respond to the jolt from the electrode one morning.
Who wants to put themselves and their families through this? If they can do this to the squeaky clean Kavanaugh, imagine what they will do to someone who DID go to those sorts of parties when they were young. And, when the tables are turned, repubs will not do the same things to a lib nominee, as should have been done with the obviously unqualified Kagan and Sodomizer.
Repubs should have simply voted him in and been done with it. By allowing the circus they are destroying any further chance of putting a good nominee through the process.
What if the next nominee is a woman?
The only top woman candidate is on record as willing to overturn Roe, so the RINO women won't vote for her. Only if the pubs get a big enough majority in the Senate to overcome their own squishes. Besides, it doesn't matter. If she is a constitutional conservative they will attack her. That's the point of all this - they are showing potential replacements for Ginsburg and Breyer what's in store for them. Many people of character will refuse to be put through this, and people of accomplishment that aren't as squeaky clean as Justice Kavanaugh will back out to keep their past in the past. A moderate or leftist nominee, on the other hand will sail ahead smoothly even if they run a child porn website. The only hope would be to nominate a conservative homo - the gaystapo would be conflicted then.
