If it does happen, the good thing about a GOP wipeout in November, is that it will cleanse the party and make way for new blood.

There would not be any cleansing of the Republican Party if they got wiped out in November.
However there would be a great deal of "new blood". Much of that would be shed eventually.
The GOPe politicians still believe that they can make deals with the Democrats to restore the status-quo-ante. No they cannot.
The Democrat leaders still believe that the old White codgers who run their party now, can avoid being replaced by the minority groups that they have been conning for so long. No they cannot.
Prospects don't look good for either bunch. They are all drastically and fatally mistaken.
I will be voting in November. I suppose it would be prudent to have other contingency plans after November.
No it won’t. What will happen is that Trump will be impeached. Taxes will be raised. All the progress Trump has made will be destroyed. The democrat wing of the CPUSA will then destroy this country
