Read Trump’s speech to the UN General Assembly (warning liberal biased barf alert)
Vox ^ | Sep 25, 2018 | Alex Ward

Posted on 09/25/2018 9:24:44 PM PDT by KTM rider

"President Donald Trump’s second address to the United Nations reiterated the same point he made last year: His America is a sovereign one, and every nation is on its own.

“America is governed by Americans,” he said to the UN General Assembly on Tuesday in one his highest-profile speeches of the year. “We reject the ideology of globalism and accept the doctrine of patriotism.”

He also used the opportunity to breeze through America’s national security concerns, such as nuclear talks with North Korea, tensions with Iran, and his trade war with China.

But the speech amounted to little more than platitudes about his “America First” worldview and quickly dissolved into patriotic word salad.

In my opinion best speach before the UN by any US President in history.

Unbelivable ! Awsesome !

Alex ward has another opinion based on liberal bias and contagious TDS epidemic, which I believe explains the laughter at Trump saying the American people are not getting the message of his sucesses

The President did utter most excellent bait with the word, “almost.” They laughed, and they looked evil for laughing! LOL!

"...less than two years, my administration has accomplished more than almost any administration in the history of our country."

The others at the UN were laughing at "almost," too, but the laughter was mentioned by some of the media companies as a show of hatred against our President. We, the "base," should react to that with anger and resolve to MAGA!

Then he said that he didn't expect the reaction, "but that's all right." And later, he told a reporter, "Well, that was meant to get some laughter so it was great."

President of the U.S.A. and Boss Troll of the Planet. LOL!

“In my opinion best speach before the UN by any US President in history.”

Just watched in on You Tube! I completely agree with your assessment.
I just imagine 90% of the delegates were quietly crapping their pants. I can’t wait for the financial cuts to these worthless, US tit sucking countries take effect. The world’s free ride on America is coming to an end. If you don’t behave like a real friend, you can kiss our money good bye.

Yes. Thank you. The last that I checked, a few years ago, Italy and Germany were Iran’s main trading partners. I understand the importance of some particular kinds of trade for some nations, but such trade situations can be unavoidably tenuous or even dangerous at times. Alternatives sometimes need to be found for very necessary foreign resources, even at some extra expense.

“We reject the ideology of globalism and accept the doctrine of patriotism.”

We have not had a President so great as this since Ronald Reagan, maybe since Abraham Lincoln.

And all we are getting on our TV sets in Australia is the laughter that ensued. I then went on to explain to those around me all the things he has done or is doing with Foreign policy that Obama either totally stuffed or created a ticking time bomb with. I like the sound of crickets chirping! Go Trump!

I’m of the opinion that Trump is second only to George Washington.

Yes, it truly was one of Trump’s great speeches. And delivered as a conversation, not a high and mighty speech with the head held high as is the usual politician’s way.

Its content was super clear and removed of all superfluous words. Looking back, I too felt the opening boast was “bait”. It was perfectly delivered, allowed the room to lighten up somewhat so Trump could explain his tremendous accomplishments as proof that his boast was truth.

God bless our President. He is truly leading the world by example as he heals America and puts us on the right foot again.

Once again President Trump exposes the frauds and corruptness of the entity known as the Useless Nations. These foreigners are not used to being spoken the truth. Best President in modern times.

Trump’s speech to the UN must have the Kenyan usurper writhing in pain and misery, considering he loathes a free and prosperous America

Pardon the sin of reposting myself, but after watching it last night this came joyfully forth:
- - -
Sovereignty
Sovereignty
Sovereignty

Wish they’d panned the room every time DJT used that word.
Might’ve seen splodey heads aplenty .. LOL !
- - -

That speech was *magnificent* and absolutely on the money in all respects !
And the whole thing would've been worth the time if only to see the razor sharp daggers his eyes threw at the Iranian 'delegates' for at least a couple minutes straight !

Best speech, best statement of American aims and interests, that I've ever heard from a President, eclipsing even our revered Reagan.
One thought about it all that only grew stronger with each passing salvo was . . .

Daddy's home !

From President Trump’s speech:

“...And let us come here to this place to stand for our people and their nations, forever strong, forever sovereign, forever just, and forever thankful for the grace and the goodness and the glory of God.

Thank you. God bless you. And God bless the nations of the world. ...”

Thank you, Mr President, thank you, for giving this speech, and for showing unabashed support for the Most High!
