Then it is patently unconstitutional and will fail when it gets to the PA Supremes. IF there is any sanity left in PA.

You mean the same Supreme Court that redistricted PA’s congressional districts to favor Democrats despite the fact that the State constitution says the legislature is the one responsible for it?
What does the bill do?
HB2060 and H72227 suspends due process for someone allegingly committing domestic abuse. Just for reporting a spouse to the police, all guns, ammunition can be and will be confiscated from the accused spouse. Even though we think there can be no suspension of due process there will be by law. Secondly the 2nd Amendment is totally ignored and is actually mentioned in these bills as being essentially irrelevant.
PA is about to become a truly fascist state. There are any number of laws in place put into place by the sponsors of various House Bills. In the case of House Bill 2060 with 39 sponsors, 33% are Republican and none of the sponsors are further west than Philadelphia.
In the case of HB 2227 with 32 sponsors, three are from “western PA” specifically from Greenberg, Lycoming County and Mongomery County.
I went through the whole list of sponsors of these two bills. Out of the 75 sponsors, only three were as far west as Harrisburgh. Most are on the border of New Jersey and Delaware.
I worry that the PA Supreme Court isn’t paying attention or doesn’t want to. I think they really need to put their collective feet down and say, “No!!”.
The same body which took it upon themselves to redraw congressional districts and guarantee that at least two house districts would flip to the J@ck@$$ party?

The SCOTUS or the Circuit Courts will strike it down if passed just as the legislation in DC and California was stopped as unConstitutional in what it tries to limit.
Well, these would be the PA Senators (not national senators) but out-of-state calls or letters will be ignored.
