DREAMER Released by Immigration Judge Kills Man

Everyone who comes to America has a dream. But some of those dreams are good. And others are truly horrifying.

Here's one DREAMER's dream. And a family's nightmare.

An illegal immigrant from Mexico, accused of killing one person and injuring two others aboard a fishing vessel over the weekend, was reportedly allowed to stay in the U.S. as a DACA recipient.

Fox News has exclusively learned that Franklin Freddy Meave Vazquez, 27, was an illegal alien in the U.S. until he was granted deferred action under the DACA program on Nov. 30, 2013. The program is aimed at children brought to the country illegally by their parents.

While in the U.S., Vazquez was arrested in March, accused of abduction by force, intimidation or deception -- but he was released on $20,000 bond.

Franklin Freddy Meave Vazquez was arrested in March in Virginia after Newport News Police said he attempted to strangle his wife and then held her hostage.

Similarly, Vazquez was released on bond following Sunday’s deadly attack - despite objections by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

"Despite ICE's objections, an immigration judge granted (Meave Vazquez) bond. ICE had to release him from custody April 27 after he posted bond," said the statement from ICE spokesman John Mohan.

I already posted an article about that, although it didn’t say that the perp was a Dreamer.

It turns out that ICE was correct and the judge should not have been letting him out on bail.

In a just society, the judge’s life would be forfeited.

I’m for just societies.

“In a just society, the judge’s life would be forfeited.”

But he/she and his/her union will protect him/her from any real retribution.

From any real, “legal” retribution.

“From any real, “legal” retribution.”

At this juncture, I’d even take some vigilante justice with these a$$holes. It’s time our “immigration judges” adopted an “America First Policy.” We all know that these “claims for asylum” are as truthful as Christine Blazy Ford’s “testimony!” The RATS will, given the chance, bastardize America with the world’s trash.

Right, and this crap will continue until we make judges and lawyers liable for crimes.
