Maybe It Was All a Figment of Ford's Imagination
Eagle Action Report ^ | 9/28/2018 | Robin Blonstein

Is it just me or did you notice a huge disconnect between Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s older appearance and the baby-like quality of her voice and presentation?

The juxtaposition was hard to miss.

I am not trying to shame her, but she looks exceedingly older for her age than one would expect. Sometimes time isn't kind to us, but the mismatch between her inner world and her outer self is a huge discrepancy.

For a woman who was by her account in a stressful situation in the hearing room, as she said “terrified,” she seemed to be all smiles and enjoying the doting attention of the men and women around her, whether her handlers or others.

Although she spoke with a teeny tiny baby voice, her eyes were blank and staring into space virtually expressionless. Her glasses seemed to be like props. Deliberately oversized as if to somehow emphasize she was in possession of high intellect. Or at least that was the vibe that I got. It didn't sell me.

She seemed highly agitated and irritated. I found her painful to watch and listen to because the way she presented herself was so at odds with the level of maturity I expected from a woman of 51. Everything about her seemed inauthentic. The looks didn't match the voice, didn't match the eyes, didn't match the glasses. Her periodic joyous smiles at all the attention she was receiving seemed inappropriate. And no matter how many times she swigged down that Coke, I couldn't help but thinking she wasn't the "real thing".

Perhaps because she wasn't.

And what was the hair doing hanging in her face? Almost like she googled “what does a sex victim look like?”

I suspect she was abused as a child, and tried to recover her repressed memories.

Whether or not she got at the real incident, she formed vivid but false memories of something that didn't happen.

Its very simple: she is a liar.

Not to mention, she misunderstood some straight questions. And didn’t know the committee had offered to fly to her? And she is a professor, who is used to public speaking.

Nice to see this article.

I was struck by all the media types saying how powerful and credible her testimony was. It’s as if the media types completely ignored everything about her appearance as noted by the writer of this article.

I don’t know if those were her real glasses or a prop, but the minute I saw them I knew something was off. They were dirty and made her look ridiculous. As her testimony went on (that voice) it was plain to see that she is a very disturbed individual. I hope and pray Mrs. Ford can someday come to the realization of how badly she was used and abused by that hag Feinstein.

Giant dirty glasses. Don’t know how she could do all that reading with such dirty glasses. I said yesterday she was probably swigging down Irish coffee and rum and coke. Still think so. Hair hanging in her face and slack mouthed. She was not all there. Couldn’t answer the most mundane questions. Sure, professors can be goofy but if this is the persona that stands at the lectern, her students would have eaten her alive decades ago.

My take is that the whole thing is concocted.

I believe the dems needed someone who could verify a loose connection to BK. They got on the phones to people from his yearbook, social circles, etc. They easily found someone who is a dem activist who would be very happy to come up with a story for a nice payment via gofundme.

This story was easy as pie to make up. Using the ol’ repressed memory meme, she could easily just not remember what it suited her to not remember. She came out as the week, pathetic, poor little injured bird with coke bottle glasses (poor thing - probably picked on by brute men constantly) and with that feeble trembling voice, she could just spew whatever they had rehearsed. There’s no way she was going to be pressured, lest the big bad Republicans come across as bullies.

I don’t believe she was sexually assaulted. I believe she was very sexually active, and perhaps that’s why she is unstable. Or perhaps she was sexually assaulted as a child, perhaps leading to her promiscuity.

This is a show - which is why there is no corroboration or witnesses. And no memory of where or when. It’s all BS.

I didn’t watch - couldn’t bear to - but after the first excerpt I heard on Rush I remarked she speaks like a sixteen-year-old. She’s a PhD clinical psychologist.... she reminds me of AOC - a highly educated know-nothing. Whether she’s self-deluded or an outright liar I dont care - she should withdraw from public view immediately and seek professional help.

I would love to see a program such as Saturday Night Live do a parody of her. I know the liberal idiots who run that program would never do that. But there would be lots of material for them to work with.

Maybe she was trying to look older for tactical reasons - to attract sympathy. She certainly wasn't trying to look younger, as many people do. The absence of make-up may account for some of what the writer perceives, so I wouldn't dwell too much on appearances.

Has anyone asked her if she’s under the care of a psychiatrist for chronic mental health issues?

She was pathetic. I mean she looked and sounded deranged. Normal people do not behave like that

What is needed is a conservative version of Sat. Night Live. Maybe start out as a 10 minute skit on one of the established programs. If it takes off, it could have its own show.

Oh! Furthermore, I believe the dems set up this so-called letter supposedly sent to Feinstein. Bull. This was just to get the ball rolling, maybe after the Washington Post didn’t bite. It’s all crap - all of it.

They’re all ignorantly biased

They don’t know squat about the Rules of Evidence, Due Process and the Constitution

And the Dim lawyers didn’t CARE about the Rules of Evidence, Due Process and the Constitution
