I've also heard from one source that claimed she was a sociology professor. But that's a good point, how could she teach psychology and not be licensed to practice in that field? Seems a bit odd.

If investigated, I wouldn’t be at all surprised to learn that there was some large drops of funds into those accounts from the usual suspects.
And probably in amounts agreed to prior to her inventing that story.
For effect, Ford started out saying she was terrified. When she was to rise and raise her hand, her lawyer “had to tell her what to do”.. and she talked in that voice that was supposed to make her sound vulnerable.
I believe all that and more, were put on for effects and to gain favor.
Not to mention the pre-schooler's prostitute ring or all the times he sold dope disguised as a nun.

Thought FBI can perform background checks for federal judges I believe, which is what they were ordered to do....again. But I suppose they cant investigate it as a crime if there is no federal law against shat he is accused of and even the state law expired long ago. Hope they do exam the credibilty of her story and expose the holes so Judge K can have his name cleared of the slime.
The Statute of Limitations is no longer in effect in the State of Maryland, regarding sexual assault, but the LE is saying that 36 years ago, the Staute was one year and it did apply, to file a charge. He said this Doctored Fraud charge reportedly took place 36 years ago and therefore falls under that one year Statute of Limitations.
They won’t touch it.
Besides, the attorneys for the accuser said they will not agree to a one week “sham investigation “ by the FBI, and they decline the narrow scope. They want a Mueller style take down, I’m sure.

Or are you suggesting Kavanaugh is guilty and the FBI simply overlooked/covered-up all Kavanaugh’s alleged wild drunken sexual attacks like they did in matters regarding Clinton?

News tonight on Laura Ingram had a former FBI investigator who said that there are leads from testimony that they will check out including looking at the calendar. They will do ink tests, paper age tests as well as talk to everyone on that calendar. They will be able to tell if it was from 1982, if modern ink was put on it, etc. He said in fact, that calendar will be first thing examined.
Obviously, if those Neanderthals back in ‘82 knew what we know today about sexual assaults, they wouldn’t have had a one year SOL. Therefore, we are going to retroactively eliminate the SOL for sexual assault to remedy their bad law. Kavanaugh must stand trial as the current law would have been applied in ‘82 if those people back then had a lick of sense.
Make lemonade out of the lemons.
Ford is in one of the few positions which link her to MKULTRA and CIA operations.
Ford and Kavanaugh have both provided testimony which it appears they both believe sincerely.
This then becomes a case of credibility, to see which prevails or if other information might provide a solution where both testimonies are consistent.
One situation might arise if Ford ad become a victim of an MKULTRA offshoot project, in which she has been given false memories. The timelines of when she was disturbed and when she recently felt claustrophobia in 2012 corresponds to many theories of the Obama Administration weaponizing the Intel Agencies against US citizens.
Use the FBI investigation to investigate the plausibility of a modern day MKULTRA program being used by the CIA to influence the elections as governed by a shadow government entrenched by the Deep State.
Bound to be lots of branch and sequel investigations tied to the same event.
Have it reported on a weekly basis. Reinforce Hollywood with a new public affairs program merging the X-Files with Americas’s Most Wanted.
This would boost the public image of Hollywood, the FBI, Congress, The Executive Branch, the Judiciary, as well as accept the testimonies of both Ford and Kavanaugh.
Kavanaugh could go to the SC and then the President be given authority to execute the sealed indictments on those as they are exposed in the investigation and the Democrats could brag how they opened the investigation on MKULTRA. THey won’t have to waste time on targeting Kavanaugh, but instead focus on real political issues and the law.
Just think, the Legislative Branch might return to focusing on the law. Go figure.

Damn. If she called herself a psychologist and is practicing as one, she is in trouble. It needs to be reported to the California board of licensing.
You need a PhD plus at least a year of residency with a supervising psychologist.
She may call herself a counselor, coach or therapist, no problem. But to practice as a psychologist and not be one, it’s a no no.
That was the other thing the former FBI investigator said on Laura Ingram tonight. They will look into his drinking and compare it to his statements. Remember how they were trying to get him to say yes or no, have you ever blacked out, passed out, etc and Kav hesitated, paused, didn’t want to say yes or not. He said something like, I did get sleepy from maybe having too many beers to which he was asked, how many is too many, he said I don’t know whatever is on the chart.
If anyone got trapped it was Flake.
