So if Shinzō Abe gets what he wants in terms of deleting Article 9 from Japan’s post-war constitution, Suu Kyi will invite Japan back in if/when they remilitarize?

I haven’t heard anything about that.
But Burma has a border with China, and a major immigration issue with Chinese in the North, as well as Chinese corruption of Government officials and strong-arming on natural resources.
